These terms apply when you buy an Agents Board Team or Business licence from diginnovator ("we", "us") on this website.
1What you buy
A licence key that unlocks the paid features of Agents Board on one board server for the period you paid for (one month or one year). Everyone who uses that board, and every runner connected to it, is covered. The key is issued to the company you name at checkout, or to you.
2No automatic renewal
We charge once per purchase. The licence ends on the date shown with your key. We email you before it ends; to continue, buy a new period. If you paste your current key at checkout, the new period starts when the current one ends.
3After the licence ends
Your board keeps working as Agents Board Lite. Paid features (several runners, Azure DevOps sync, the Marketing agent and integrations) stop until a valid key is set. Your data stays on your server.
4Your responsibilities
- You run the board and runners on infrastructure you control, and you are responsible for securing them.
- Agents use the Claude Code login, git credentials and accounts of the machines you connect. You need your own Claude subscription or API access, and you must follow Anthropic's terms and the terms of any service you connect (for example Azure DevOps, Buffer or Zapier).
- AI agents can make mistakes. Review their work; the approval gates exist for this. You are responsible for what you merge, deploy and publish.
- Don't share, resell or publish your licence key, and don't modify or work around the licence check.
5Software licences
Agents Board Lite is open source under the GNU AGPL-3.0. The paid features (the ee/ folder) are under the Agents Board Commercial License, which allows production use only with a valid key.
6Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars (card payments through Stripe) or Saudi riyals (Tap and HyperPay), including any taxes we collect. Payments are processed by these providers; we never see or store your full card number.

8Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a licence is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
